Binghamton University Downtown Center

This project involved the professional final cleaning of this 72,000 sq. ft. Binghamton University Downtown Center.  Our ESU team was mobilized to respond to the challenge of the professional cleaning of this 4 story building including its stairways, storage and mechanical spaces.  This project called for innovative solutions to situations like cleaning interior windows and brick walls located at 40 feet high without direct access.

Alfred E. Smith Building Revitalization

This project involved the professional final cleaning of the 585,931 sq. ft. Alfred E. Smith Building in our capital of Albany, New York.  Our ESU team was mobilized to the capital region to respond to the challenge of the professional cleaning of this 34 floor historical building.

During this project our 20 plus team worked seamlessly along side dozens of other trades.  Ongoing communication and coordination was essential to the success of this project as we supported the many changes in schedules & priorities.  Flexibility was key in supporting the many levels of customers like The Pike Company, the NYS Senate staff, the Office of General Service and the State Liquor Authority.

Rochester International Airport

This project involved the professional final cleaning of the B Wing.  (The new Business Center and common terminal areas at the Rochester International Airport.)

Our ESU team was mobilized to this local project in order to provide post construction cleaning.

During this project our team was crucial to the seamless affect on airport customers.  Our role there included the daily cleaning of the contract manager’s office trailer, daily cleaning of affected areas and final detail cleaning of each completed area.
